Delivery Policy

  • All online customers will be contacted within 48 hours of purchasing to arrange for delivery
  • A delivery date (from Monday to Friday in Gauteng) will be confirmed once the order has been placed
  • Deliveries to Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo can also be confirmed once the order has been placed
  • Although we endeavour to maintain a full supply of stock, unanticipated interest on specific stock is unavoidable and could lead to items being unavailable for immediate delivery
  • Most mattresses are available within 48 hours of purchase however, some may take up to 10 working days (from date of order) to arrive
  • Selected pine furniture might be out of stock and could take between 3-4 weeks to come in for delivery
  • We offer free delivery in Gauteng within a 50km radius of any of our Four stores for purchases over R1000. For purchases under R1000 and/or further than a 50km radius, the delivery will be charged at R320
  • Any Deliveries to Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo will be charged at R500
  • All deliveries include the assembling of furniture should it be required
  • Once your order has been placed (online only), there is a 3-day window in which to amend or cancel the order. During this 3-day period, we follow a ‘no questions’ policy and a full refund guarantee. However, after the 3-day period, the order is placed with suppliers thereby entering Ericssons into a binding contract. The product will then be manufactured with the full-cost responsibility to the client
  • Any damaged goods should be reported immediately on delivery. Goods must be returned with the original packaging within 7 days
  • Refunds will only be initiated once the goods are returned to Ericssons Mattress and Pine cc and inspected. The refund will be processed to the bank account or credit card that the payment was received from. This procedure can take up to 7- 10 working days before the funds reflect in your account

 

Please Note:  Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Pillow Protectors and Linen are non-refundable items and cannot be returned once the original seal has been opened.
