Very impressed with the customer service received from this company! From placing an online order until delivery of the bed base, I received excellent and friendly communication on the status of my order from Debbie. Delivery was prompt, earlier than expected.
Most appreciated was the extra mile that they walk for their customers! Through no fault of theirs, the wrong size was delivered (my fault!). The very friendly delivery guys noticed it when they unpacked the base and fitted the mattress. They called the office, who immediately approved that they return for the correct size base and swap it out. They were back within an hour and exchanged the base, still very friendly and with no issues.
